Postal Locations

In Westlake subdivision we have a common postal boxes location. I recently suffered the loss of packages sent from Amazon and placed in the wrong postal mail box by the person delivering the package; the neighbor who received my package never informed me of the mistake, and never returned the goods. I lost $35 in this manner but it has happened several times this year (2023) and I was lucky when the neighbor who received it by mistake was kind enough to correct the error. It seems that your deliverer is in a great hurry and doesn't pay attention (sometimes) at the number and puts the package in the wrong mailbox. Needless to say, several neighbors have complained of the same problem, We would appreciate your help in fixing this serious problem. Thank you.

Twice my child support check has been misrouted. It went to San Antonio then sent to Michigan. Once before it was sent Detroit. Why. The address is on the priority envelope.

Awful. I moved to Bronwsville and put in a change of address. No mail is being delivered. The post office doesn't answer the phone. Fantastic. Might as well not exist.

Worst service ever! I had my confirmation of my appointment online for a Passport and they said it wasn’t valid! I took the day off for nothing!

I think post office workers need to make time to answer phone lines every time i call i have to call like 15 times to by the time someone picks up phone thats not good 😡😡

Trying to pick up my new vacation home key, my husband ordered a couple weeks ago and they told him I can pick up because we share the home. I tried to explain the employee my mom leave there too but he does not listen, Now he want my mom pick up the key. Employee was very rude and make me feel uncomfortable. no sure his name

I mailed 5 packages on Wed May 27, 2020. Jackie lady postal service employee. Picked up packages at the door. I handed them to her. There is no sign of them being delivered. The only number I have is the pick up number MOC 313053518. PLEASE HELP. My creditors are calling me for there returns.
