USPS status says my package was delivered to my mail box; but it wasn't. I wonder whose mail box it is in.

I am in the Sandy Creek sub division. Today while working in my home office, I heard a loud slap on the front porch. The postal woman had delivered an electronic device order and apparently it was too much to ask that she gently set it down. I haven't check to see if it works yet. This is not the first instance of our packages being tossed onto the porch. This is becoming a frequent event. Today is Nov 3 and again, it's the Sandy Creek sub in case anyone who works at the Post Office cares (is there anyone who cares?) and is in a position to instruct the employees.

I guess we have no recourse but stop using the USPS. I have ordered 2 items in the last week and one they said delivered on Tuesday the 3rd of July and The other they said was delivered on Monday the 6th. WE have not even had mail delivery since Thursday the 2nd. No Mail delivery at all in our neighborhood. These were just small items thankfully. From now on if you order items online make sure the shipping is not via USPS. If it is the company's only source for shipping then purchase from another seller that uses a more reliable shipping method.

My daughter sent me a small package & I was supposed to get it on the 8th. Well here it is May 23,2020 & still NO package. Where is it? Who has it? I know the mail people should know who lives where after all these years.I just want my package. There should be a way for us to try to find our missing packages or letters on here. Someone has alot of explaining to do. What are we suppose to do from here? Are we to wait until HELL freezes over before someone wants to stand up & help & let us know where our belongings are? GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! Not only does this affect me but it affects my child as well along with all of the other people that are not getting their items.

The package I was waiting for is marked delivered at 12:19 pm 5-17-20 and states it was left on or near my front porch. It is not there and I checked my I-ring doorbell and there was never a delivery. I would like to know who has it and how today of all days our mailperson would somehow not know who's house is who's on my street. We all know each other. Also, I will have to wait almost 24 hours before I can even begin the search for my undelivered product and that seems like a lot of time for a package to get lost. There is no way to make a complaint or inquisition other than to leave a review? This is unacceptable.

I ordered a package from Ebay on April 3. It was sent out and reached Houston on April 10. Reported to be on the way to you. It has been 19 days since you should have received it. Can you please tell me why I have not gotten it? Tracking # 92001902643735000102440501. I notified USPS tracking service, and they say it should be at your location. Thanks for your help.

There needs to be better trained personnel at this location. A package containing a laptop was brought to this location to be shipped 2 day priority mail. One employee said it couldn't be shipped because of the battery. Spoke to a supervisor who said that wasn't correct. Insurance in the amount of $500.00 was requested to be added. Package arrived at the destination address damaged beyond repair. Checked with the post office who said that insurance was not added to the shipment and the original shipping payment receipt was needed to file for the insurance that they automatically cover on a 2 day shipment. So without the original receipt this has cost me over $500.00 for the loss of a laptop and numerous hours of trying to get it straightened out. It's no wonder that the consumer no longer uses the postal service for different services.
