Postal Locations

A package was suppose to be delivered to my address 1/7/20 my i updates stated the package was delivered and put on the porch which was not true.i watched my cameras and no package was delivered at 4:09 as it was stated it was on the app. I went and and checked the mailbox also last night. Well this morning i called the post office to check on the package and speak to the supervisor she was very helpful but no holding her couriers accountable. She told me that the ladies scanner wasnt working and her and someone else split the route i told her the issues that i have had before about them scanning delivered and the package wasnt delivered. She asked me to check the mailbox to see if it was there i told her that i checked it last night and it wasnt there. So i walk to the mailbox and the package was there which i know for a fact that it wasnt there at 9pm last night so therefore it was delivered this morning, which isnt the issue my issue is dont scan the package delivered and it hasnt been delivered. I order important things through the mail and i expect them to be delivered as it suppose to be delivered. For now on alll my packages will be required to be signed for.Poor service
