Have been trying to call to speak to someone at the post office about my mail being delivered to the wrong addresses. No one will answer and I keep getting hung up on. I have lost a package that was supposed to have been delivered on July 29th to my mailbox (which it would not have fit) and the rest of my packages were delivered to a completely different address. Thank goodness there are honest people in Big Spring that contacted me to return my packages, but I am missing one of them.

These people can't answer a phone, cant deliver a package, maybe its time for new people that need to a job that are willing to do the work correctly.

New carrier on Centerpoint is not doing a very good job
Leaves mailbox open
Amazon order that should fit in box taken to post office. Have to make a trip to town to get packages.
Calling post office is useless, no one ever answers.

Was supposed to receive important package, was in my apartment waiting all afternoon and get a notification that there was an attempt for delivery but no access, the gate is wide open, and they did not attempt to deliver package to address listed on box. And no way to get ahold of anyone in regards to my package

Our mailman does not come by our house consistently. I have several times put out mail to be sent and he has not stopped by that day. The days that I put the mail out are not holidays. they’re not days the post office is closed. I am very disappointed in our mail carrier. He is not dependable.

The postal staff goes above and beyond. I appreciate the dedication and hard work that each and every one at the Big Spring Post Office has done. They're dedicated and courteous. I had a problem with a delivery, and it was fixed promptly and with utmost professionalism. The newest Postmaster is doing an incredible job. Thank you!

Why do I get my mail after 5 pm. If I need to go to the bank it’s to late. I could see once in awhile but not every day

Today the mail carrier dumped about 5 addresses of mail in our mailbox we went ahead and put it in the right mailboxes then needed to advise the post office only they don’t answer and if u wait they hang up

Got a photocopied notice to put my mailbox on the curb. That's not a problem. What is a problem is I was threatened that if I didn't do it in 10 days they'd return my mail to sender. This notice had no date so when does the 10 days start????? Great public relation for someone who just moved here 3 weeks ago. By the way this is only for new people. Guess you don't really want new people in Big Spring.

I have been calling all morning since y’all opened more then 20 plus times and still no one answers! I’m trying to fix an issue with my mail but can’t this is very inconvenient!

Y'all need to tell people when y'all are not going to be open on the holidays it's the day of the holiday and then does the day before or the day after and you all can't even specify to people which day it's going to be open and which day is going to be closed. And on your phone system where people call to talk to somebody in the UPS Postal Service is not a good number no one will answer it and it it just rings and rings and rings and rings. Thanks a lot Big Spring Texas United States Postal Service you suck!!!

I live at 1801 Avenue X in Big Spring Texas 79720. Whoever delivers the US Mail in that area does not do a good job. My mail does not always get to my box and my neighbors mail is in my box on a regular basis. I have been missing checks, Vehicle titles, and important documents. I've had to cancel checks and reapply for documents mailed to me because they don't get to the correct address. My mail box is clearly marked with Name and address (painted as a Texas flag). If this was a once in awhile thing I wouldn't mind but it is a regular occurrence.
