I do not enjoy going to this office even though it is the closest to my home. The guy who is usually there is cold and unfriendly. Gave my son dirty looks when he was in with me. I don't think he likes white people much or veterans. only gave 1 star because it deserves 0 but wont post with 0

How to pay my mail box after hours. Cause ya'll are always closed by the time that I get off work and you aren't open on weekends. So why even have a post office box fee? Some people have to work later hours.

This post office is terrible! The people that run it are rude and don't want to help you. I called them and asked for a package to be held and they sent it back! Then when they were open and I called them they said they never talked to anyone about holding a package. Is there anyway I can go above this post office and file a complaint?
