I received a letter from my sister and she stated she had mailed a box to me and put a tracking number on it. The Wichita, Kansas, post office told her that the box was delivered on January 4 to my address 7620 Sparta Road, Belton, Kansas 76513. I have never seen the box on my property and asked neighbors if they had. Nobody has seen the box. It was in your hands and suppossedly delivered to my address. I know it has been some time but she just told me that infomation. This is not the first time you have lost a package for me.

So, I am in the middle of a very stressful move from Belton, TX to Brooklyn, NY. I have not yet changed my address as I am still living at my Belton home. I have been expecting a check of $15,000 for over a week, only to find out that the Post office returned to sender because they THOUGHT I had moved, with absolutely no reason to think so beyond the currier witnessing my stuff being moved out of my home. Now I have to wait another 15 days to receive another check when I have been in dire need of it, because the Post office could not do their job. Completely unacceptable. I am livid.

Just got a tracking update on USPS.com stating Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location BELTON, TX 76513 We attempted to deliver your package at 6:29 pm on January 23, 2021 in BELTON, TX 76513 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day. The guy left other mail in the box and made a u-turn in the street and never came back. WHAT IS GOING ON? THE SERVICE IS AWFUL FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW.

On August 17, 2020 I put my mail out for pick up. The sign was up indicating that I had mail to pick up. When I looked inside my mailbox the postal person had put my incoming mail on top of my mail. My mail was not picked up. Is this your way of slowing down the postal service? Now my bills are late. I guess you guys follow the idiot in the white house. PLEASE PICK UP MY MAIL!!!

Flag up on the mail box for 4 days and carrier will not pick up mail or deliver mail. Same box and location for many years.

I went to the Belton Texas post office today to mail two packages. While I was getting the amounts of postage from the clerk, the postmaster was in the back yelling at someone. I find this to be inappropriate. The clerk at the next register made the comment that that was her boss. Therefore I assumed that was the postmaster.

For over 30 yrs we have been privileged to have Skooter Golden as our postal carrier. He treats his customers as family, meeting all mail needs without glitch. Substitutes have been covering especially on the weekends. They need additional orientation. The mail is not delivered or if delivered, it is very late in the day. Do offer the substitutes help.
