I want you to know that I frequent the Bellaire post office often. The entire staff is ALWAYS so friendly and service is quick and efficient. I can't say that AT ALL about the Chimney Rock or West University post offices - horrible service and the staff are rude. Have a great day!!!!

I mailed a letter certified mail from this post office which had some very important documents. I accidently lost the tracking number and the receiving party could not find my letter. So I reluctantly contacted the post office with only the amount I paid and a date the letter was mailed. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Mr. Daniels. I believe he must have been a supervisor. I gave him what little information I had, and he said it was a long shot, but he would get with the clerk who was not suppose to be there until the next day and see what they could do and get back to me in a day or two. To my surprise, Mr. Daniels call me back 10 minutes later and was able to provide me with the tracking number so that I could find my package. Thank you so very much Mr. Daniels, you truly are a civil servant.

I am an avid stamp and postcard collector and spend about $200 per month on stamps issued by the USPS. I use the beautiful stamps that USPS issues on my postcards and envelopes. Over the past 2 weeks, I have received 16 postcards from USA, China, Russia, Philippines, Ukraine, Slovakia and the stamps have been crossed by ink pen. This is despite the fact the post offices where these cards were sent from have put a postmark on them. The two cards I mailed to myself from this post office with USA stamps were not postmarked and crossed by a pen. When I had complained to the post office, I was told that they do this to prevent reuse of the stamps. I really do not understand how I can reuse other countries' stamps. I understand the USA stamps but still they should not be using a postmark not a ball-point pen to mark the stamps. So frustrated with this answer. If the USPS continues to issue nice stamps, then the postal workers should cancel the stamps the right way. They do not need to be lazy putting ugly lines on the stamps with their pen. Also they should not destroy stamps from other countries including maxi cards by putting Denmark's beyond the original country's postmark.

During the month of June, more specific June the 30, 2021, the Motor vehicle registration mailed to me a renewal vehicle registration, this mail was never delivered to me..... very upsetting and angry that we cannot trust our post office to deliver mail for whatever reason!!!! this is causing me a lot of work and money, and it is all the fault of the post office
