I hate co complain but have a recurring issue. I live in High Island TX since 1980 and never had this issue. Understanding that we are a very small area and good service is hard to find. I have a small PO BOX and use "USPS Informed Delivery". I reach get to the post office at around 11:30 or so and it is not manned leaving my packages without access. Now and then I get a key to another larger box or bin. We have switched to UPS or FedX for important items such as insulin and other meds from our mail pharmacy. Each shipment is about $10. The reason is that if my package arrives on a Friday and not put in a key bin it is Monday at best (Monday holiday being an exception). Today, Saturday, I arrived at 11:32 and my package had a "Package Notice" card again as yesterday I was in the hospital with a cardiac issue. This has happened often lately. Now it will be at least Monday before I can capture my items. My question is can I get a PO Box in a nearby town like Winnie TX for my mail? It is only 14 miles one way and I go there often since we have little services here anyway. This would allow me to address the packages to come to my Winnie box. I have already changed my medicine delivery from Express Scripts to UPS or FedX for delivery at extra cost to me as we need our meds on time. Thanks for lending an ear but this condition is not one that has been a forever event but since the last few months. Thanks for lending a ear I just wanted to vent. I am aware that the pool of applicants from our area is always tiny, I understand! USPS is a vital service for us and I do not mind the drive to Winnie to capture my mail, I am there most days anyway. Thanks for listening.

The mail person is delivering all mail it to the office everything. Talk to the postmaster and he said they would have to put mailboxes at every trailer in order for me to get one but they have boxes out here for everyone with keys but they don't want to use them because the office keeps getting lost keys and having to replace them.they do have mailboxes here for us but they don't want to use them because the keys get lost so have to replace them. they had held on to some of my mail which I stop and office at least twice a week to pick it up. Finally got mail form 3 months they had. I had important papers in there like a new insurance card which was sent to me twice because I didn't receive the 1st one a credit card, etc This is ridiculous because a normal person should not be handling my mail they don't work for the Post Office. Postmaster did not seem concerned. What can i do to to get this fixed

When a package has "DO NOT BEND" on the front of the package that typically means that the package is not supposed to be bent AT ALL!!! I run a screen printing business out of my home, and have order screen print transfers that cannot be bent or else the transfer can be ruined. The mail lady that services my house on Michael Ln, took my screen prints, that had a giant red "DO NOT BEND" sticker on the package, bent them and shoved them into the tiny little slot in my mailbox. I suppose it was to save her from getting out of the vehicle and walking the package to the door. Something has got to be done with this post office, this is beyond ridiculous.

Walden post office will NOT answer the phone. I have called and called. They will not deliver mail that has been delivered to an address for over 10 years. They put a "return to sender' sticker on it. No wonder the government is losing money.

The watch I ordered for my grandson was crammed in the box and it is impossible to remove it. It is raining and the box is wet. I have called the Walden post office from 8 to 12 and no one answers. Can someone please come and get the expensive watch out of my box before it is totally ruined. Why would they cram it in a too small mail box?

Beaumont 2 is a joke. Bought items off Amazon, have not received them yet because the post office put the items in the wrong box. All you need to do is pay attention to what you are doing. Then the person who has the items in their box, I'm sure they will not return them, I've heard several people complain about not getting packages and not getting any answers either. Are the employees stealing at Walden Rd. post office? That's the question!

I’m sure that nothing but government employees with a penchant for thievery run this post office. Most of the area has nothing but hood rats

We reside at 8500 Anastasia ave , Beaumont Texas 77705. What do we need to do to file a complaint about bug packages that you’ll mail person won’t deliver cause they always say bulky or big. Why is it like thumbs. We feel like your mail person is picking on us . We need resolution on this or we are going to file complain to your headquarters. Need answer ASAP. I’m tired of this kind of delivery you all have.

Your service is horrible. You do not deliver all of our mail in the Fannett community. I have not received on bill for the month of February 2019. Are you throwing it away so you don't have to deliver it?????????
