Horrible mail delivery Many days we receive one or two of our neighbor mail. Today we received all the mail from next door and none of ours Deliverer should check address before posting in mail box This is inexcusable that it happens so frequently

Not a review also. To add to A Haddock comments. I put mail in the outside box at the Chimney Corner location. The box looked all beat up and it's not there any more. Anyway, I deposited an envelope to be mailed along with my check to Citi bank. Several weeks later I received a past due from Citi and when I checked my bank statement the check was made out to an individual - not Citi for $2500 and cashed at a Chase bank (location unknown). Again I'm not accusing any postal worker but it is very odd that both A Haddock and I had almost the same problem. Could the key to open drive in boxes been lost? Does it mean anything that the outside box is no longer there?

Not a review . Just notifying others in case the same problem happened to them . And,yes,I just got back from the Chimney Corner’s PO where the manager just listened politely and nodded . I asked about filing a report just in case it has happened before and was told to go online. On Sunday, April 26,2020 at approximately 11:30 am, I deposited 9 pieces of mail into one of the outside, drive by mailboxes. All contained checks to pay bills to phone company, credit cards, medical, etc. NONE of them made it to their destinations. NONE. I am not accusing the PO of anything.I just thought they would show a bit of interest in this situation.

Times past meaning a long time ago I have had had, and made known of a less than kind or complimentary opinion of this particular P.O. I was quick to call out the inconsistency and less than stellar service received here. I must say those days seem gone to me now, and the quality of service and care that the folks working here show is uniquely uplifting. I’m happy to report that my experience’s over the last year have been all positive. So Kudos to CHIMNEY CORNERS you have flipped one of your most vapid detractors. I will have to say that none of the earlier concerns I chose to immortalize here now exists. I would also like to show some appreciation to the folks that show up everyday to make sure we keep getting in some cases much needed correspondence. To my P.O. workers please be safe and thanks for all you do. Sincerely CHARLES D BLACKBURN

What a joke! This is not a working number. Tried the listed 800 number, but there was a minimum one-hour wait. No wonder the USPS is held in such low regard.

Been trying to get my meds delivered for a week. Left a signed Form 3849 standing the box: It was ignored. Went online, selected a delivery date, waited all day: Nothing. Talked to the USPS operator, they scheduled another delivery with the note to "Leave with front office, they have authority to sign." No delivery. Tried a second conversation, got a new redelivery Confirmation #, again confirmed by email: No action. Phone rings, never answered. That manager and whoever delivers to Riverlodge Apts. need to be fired!!!

The local phone number is not working for me to make a passport appointment. I have tried several times and there is no answer, and no voicemail option. Has anyone been able to get through or is there an alternate phone number to use? With the toll-free number, I cannot get to a live person for help. Thank you!
