Someone at the post office stole my gift card out of my mother's day card. My son said he thought the letter carrier did it.,because the envelope was still damp and taped. What a shame when someone steals your mail. That's a federal offense 😳.

Had my mother wait at my house all day to sign for a very important package... Tracking said the mail carrier had the package but she was too lazy to get out of her car and bring it to the house for signature... My mother watched her deliver the mail in the mailbox and drive off... Pitiful service !!!!!!!

our service is pitiful, I was supposed to receive a amazon package yesterday. I received a notification thru email that said the USPS could not deliver because they didn't want to leave the package unattended. What a crock, my wife and I were home all day, no one even tried. At one time our mail service was good and we had a regular carrier, but the route grew and they split us off that route, now we don't have a regular carrier and some days get no service at all. we have placed outgoing mail in the box with the flag up and it doesn't get picked up

I waited two hours to get my baby's passport and we were next and the last on the list and the guy that was doing it decided to take his lunch and leave us waiting for another hour bad quality service

I live in one of two apartment complexes on the same street. My mail was mis-delivered to the *other* apartment complex and not only was my mail mis-delivered but so was the mail to *everybody* in my apartment complex! Everybody's mail was delivered to the apt complex next door because a) the postal carrier evidently did not look closely to see each complex has a different street number, and/or b) the postal carrier didn't even look to see that *my* apartment complex also has mail boxes. This is not a good thing to happen in general, but especially during the holidays, when packages come in the mail. The person in the other apartment complex was nice enough to return my mail to me, but others living in that apartment complex might not be so forthcoming and might either just throw the mail away or keep the packages and envelopes that look like checks. Not terribly impressed with the way the Angleton post office is currently vetting and training its postal carriers. I've tried calling for the past hour and the line is continually busy. Phone off the hook? Lots of complaints?

This place IS A JOKE. Postmaster needs to be FIRED . Packages delayed, NOT DELIVERED. sit for days in the Post Office and then send them back. THEY LIE on their tracking information. OUT FOR DELIVERY....LIARS. Typical Government LOW LIFE WORKERS.

What is happening at the Angleton Post Office? The lobby area has paper all over the floor and on the counter. The recycle bins have the lids off and are overflowing with our junk mail. Identity thieves would be in heaven with all the discarded credit card apps, etc. that they could use! Doesn't anyone care anymore about the impression we give to visitors? Who is in charge at the Post Office? He/She should be fired because this mess has been going on for a couple months.
