Disappointed in the effort put into making sure packages are delivered along with surprised with the lack of help received by employee when I called about the package. Showed available for Pickup at 8:26am on 10-15-19 and then Return to sender at 9:24am 10-15-19. Return to Sender Processed at 2:54pm 10-15-19. Called the office about the package and was told since it was the day after a holiday they were trying to get everything out and didn't have time to look into why the carrier did not deliver it. I told her that it should have went to the PO BOX and that may have been my fault by giving a physical address to the shipper. I was told by the post office employee that I needed to get a mailbox and if I had one then the package would have been delivered. well no duh.... Rude the way that was expressed to me over the phone so I offered her the tracking number to hopefully turn the package around but she said there was nothing she could do. I contacted the shipper and verified the address and sure enough they said they had both the physical and PO BOX addresses in the shipping information. strongly disappointed with the performance of White Bluff Post Office.
I'm not disappointed with the White Bluff Post Office like the other reviewer. I am disgusted. A package I ordered was delivered - according to the tracking information - to the WB Post Office on 7-31-19. Today is 8-3-19. No package. We have had no storms so the weather is not the issue. What's going on? This Office is the worst. We have had problems with them for years.
I'm very disappointed with the service I have received by the white bluff post office.I've had one package dropped at the wrong address and it was thankfully returned by my neighbor.now I've had another package go missing it said in tracking it was delivered but it was nowhere to be found.when I contacted the white bluff post office and gave the tracking # to a employee by the name of Jerry the employee told me it did say it was delivered but couldn't call the post master until the next morning bc she was working alone.I guess they don't teach there employees to multitask.it's ridiculous!!!if a package goes missing they should have to call the post master immediately!she acted as if she could care less that I didn't get my mail.like she was to busy to call and find out where it was from the post master.this all happened today 10-21-16.I'm going to call at 8:00 am sharp to inquire about my package tomorrow morning.the white bluff post office simply is incompetent and careless.
