I've been tracking a package for my brother. Per USPS tracking, it's been in the Westmoreland Post Office since Jan 3. It's now the 11th. After calling USPS for an update, it's scheduled for delivery on the 13th. Holding a package for 10 days before delivering it is absolutely unacceptable, when there haven't been any weather issues within that time frame. I'd have delivered his gift myself from a couple counties over, if I'd known this was going to happen. I've tried to call the PO to ask what's going on; one will answer the telephone there, at 10 to 11 am.
