The postoffice in Waverly is very incompetent. I sent my daughter a birthday card to her valid p.o. box. It was returned saying cannot forward. I mailed it again in another envelope to her home address received it back today saying that it could not be delivered as addressed. Her name was on the envelope, her address was correct, her City and State were also correct and her zip code was correct. The employees and postmaster evidently can't read or don't know their job. With 1 being the lowest score and 10 the highest this post office score is -0

I personally called the post office when I got my informed delivery, because one of my pieces had been sent to the wrong address and written on the envelope was return to sender, I specifically asked if I was going to receive this piece as it was a birthday card from my grandchildren, the postmaster assured me I would get it, but never communicated with the delivery lady!! I never got the card because she sent it back!! His excuse was she had already started her shift.....really in this day and age he could have sent her a text to call!!
