On April 5 2021 there were 2 packages laying on the ground of which one was mine and the other was my neighbor. Is this the way the mail should be delivered? I can supply a photo if you contact my email address My package could of fit in my mailbox. please get back to me on this

We were waiting on a package. Through tracking, we could see that it arrived at Thompson Station post office on December 8. It is now December 14 and there has been no other movement. My husband drove there to get the package because we are leaving tomorrow and the gentleman said they shipped the package back to Nashville. When my husband showed him that the tracking number didn’t show it leaving their facility, the guy just restated that it wasn’t there and they shipped it. Thanks to the lack of efficiency from this post office, 2 Christmas presents will not be received this year. The gentleman also would not even face my husband while they were discussing this. Very unprofessional in all areas.
