I don't like not getting my mail after 6 PM almost daily. It is totally dark. There is no reason for it. You're always raising rates, hire some people.

my packages are usually left on my front porch under the awning. last night my packages were left at the mailbox, got soaked by the rain. They were books and electronics. ALL RUINED! it has been rainy all week! why weren't my packages left under the awning at my front door as usual?? I am absolutely livid! who does this???😡

It took two weeks for a Registered Mail Envelope to go from South Florida to East Tennessee. They leave one notice to the receiver and not another one for five days. And if the addressee did not get the notice and goes to the post office and asks for a package waiting for him, unless he says Registered Mail, they don't bother looking in the Registered Mail Safe. And you want this worthless government of ours to manage a national healthcare system??
