I sent a card to my granddaughter January 5th 2022 she has not received it yet and the address i sent it to was 10338 Lewis Rd Soddy Daisy . it has been 24 days why didn't she get it or why didn't it come back to me I had plenty of return address stickers on it ..I want to know what happened to this mail please...email me an answer ...did someone steal it ??? next time I won't mail to soddy daisy ever again I will drive it there myself
How is it that we are scheduled to have mail delivered today 2-16-2021 got an email notification it was being delivered today it is 8:20 p.m. on said date and did not get mail delivered. And why is it we have to wait till we get mail until 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. nightly Will the postmaster please give me a call back Thank you. 704-431-3263
Address: 824 Lovelady Rd Soddy Daisy Tn 37379. Mail delivery is awful. Seems the carrier does not read well. Has been going on for quite sometime, we were hoping it would improve but has only got worse. Three times last week we got someone else’s mail. Not a week goes by without a wrong delivery. We circle the right address & return to box with flag up. He doesn’t both to pick it up. Time sensitive mail I have had to google the person, put message on FB asking if anyone knows the person. This is not due to holiday mail or COVID, he has been like this ever since he was put on this route. If you can’t find a person to do the joy correctly we need to be given a post office box at no charge. We are not the only one with issues. Local PO will do nothing. Please do something. Thank you
Here for the past few weeks, our mail service has been on time and the lady is very friendly. But lately the mail carrier is not only delivering mail past 6pm or not the mail carrier is not delivering mail at all. We've put mail in our box, raise the flag, but the mail lady doesn't come. Now I have to take my mail to the post office and I will probably show my true colors. This time the post office doesn't want me to show up at all.
I am not happy with the Soddy Daisy Postal Service. I am constantly, about 2 times a week getting some else’s mail. Either I find out where they live, if it’s not to far or I put it back in my box with the flag up. My packages have been delivered to someone else’s address. The most recent incident of this is, Sunday, 10/18/2020. I made 3 purchases on Amazon Prime day. They shipped in the same box. USPS admitted my package was delivered to the wrong address. No, they will not go back to this home to retrieve it. Amazon refunded what I paid. What pisses me off is the items were 60% to 70% off when ordered. I will have to pay full price if I reorder the items. This is wrong! I live in the Nature Trail area. I also wonder what else of mine has been delivered to other addresses, not mine. So once again their mistake costs me more money.
Our postal delivery service here in Soddy Daisy is TERRIBLE are the Sequoyah Rd area!!
We continue to get other people's mail, epb bills, even a stimulus check was delivered here with a different address on it.
Complaints about this DO NOT HELP AT ALL!!
So, who really knows what we don't get delivered here.
