we have a community/subdivision mailbox and they keep putting the wrong mail in the boxes. I have my neighbors mail and they have mine. This is for several households and have happened numerous times. They will not answer their phone, when you call you are transferred and it rings until it drops the call. This is unacceptable and a breach of privacy. I just moved to Shelbyville and the postal service has given a bad impression since we have been here. Give us individual mailboxes, maybe that will make it easier on the postal worker(s).

Terrible service. My mail goes to my son's address and not my home. I didn't change my address. They can't read. I'm furious!

Delivery drivers must be trying out for a NASCAR driving job, on Sun 8.23.2020 @ noon, white delivery truck driving excessively on Old Lane Rd for a delivery with a 15 MPH post speed. Accident to happen. Watch out folks.

My two packages was mailed from Shelbyville Post Office on Dec12, 2017 early Tuesday morning to destination Bermuda. When should I receive it? Friend forgot to give me the tracking numbers.
