I sent a package to a family member two weeks before Christmas. I sent it to the same address that they have used for years. Thank God I sent it delivery confirmation. It came back to me today, Jan 11th as undeliverable to address. What a crock. I have sent numerous cards and packages to that same address. If I had not done confirmation, I believe the package and the gift cards enclosed would have been ( lost ).

I have never been so aggravated!! I tried a couple of weeks ago to pay my box bill and the lady said she COULDN'T take my payment yet, I was locked out of my box and I got charged a late fee today! I called the Post Master and she couldn't take it off that she would talk to the employee I described that the system would not let them do anything that its automatically added. I told her its absurd they couldn't have credited my account at the time I tried to pay it although I knew it was close to being due. I don't know what kind of computer system you have but its CRAP!!!

The men and women of the Rogersville post office are the elite squad of the postal service. There is not another business in the world that runs more professional than the United States Post Office!!! Rogersville's USPS is by far one of the best and friendliest places to do business with. Rogersville has a seamless transaction history when it comes to mailing. The workers there are the tip of the sword! Personally I greatly appreciate the service they provide! Take care and God Bless.
