I am in the middle of relocating from Long Island, New York, and would like to know how I go about getting a PO Box so that I may have a forwarding address for my mail. Thank you in advance for your help.

Called 615-872-5742 to make an appt for passport since the gentleman refused to see me while I was there. Have left at least 6 messages in the last week and a half. NO ONE has called me back. Great service..NOT

This USPS LOST a package I mailed, and will do NOTHING to help locate it. The weekend manager is a lazy, unfriendly JERK, with a smartallick attitude. Why he is in that position is beyond me.

I am very glad that this post office is open at long hours. Nice to get there when other post offices are closed.

Perhaps if the Poastmaster General ever tried calling this office (or the Henderson office on Lebanon) he would add hanging up the phone to the test to get employed with the USPS. Then he would have to make a trip down there to explain to the Nashville Main Office Window Post Office management that they are provided a phone for a reason and he expects them to use it! Just my way of thinking....

How do you get these people to answer the phone?!? Obviously they need more people working there or one person to be hired to answer it.
