Today, 19July, we got a “Mail Dump”. It included a package that Amazon said was delivered two weeks ago this Wednesday, a WSJ Weekend edition from back in May, two Xmas cards, one of which wasn’t ours, five catalogs from the same company (you know they sent them all at the same time), other late catalog, and a check that’s a couple of weeks late. Someone at the Post Office needs to be looked after, reprimanded and/fired. This can’t be a Covid-19 back-up.

New drive up mail box does not work well. I think it was done to avoid theft of mail ... but you cannot put your mail in without getting partially out of your car. I've resorted to going inside to drop it. This is sometimes dangerous if you are there after hours. People hang around asking for money.

I have tried for over 2 hours to get in touch with the Church Street location who is holding my package according to the 800 number for USPS. They will not answer the phone. Pitiful. Pitiful.

I have tried for over 2 hours today to call this location to try to get an issue addressed regarding a PO managed mail box at an office building. They NEVER answer the phone. Horrible, just horrible.

Totally agree. I've been fishing for 2 hrs straight. This post office returned my mail instead of forwarding and my credit cards are being denied, despite the personal assurance of the "manager" that it would be forwarded. Completely incompetent. Worst ever. And they won't answer the phone.
