Postal Locations

BEWARE!!! I placed two pieces of mail in their outside blue drop off box. The two pieces of mail were going to different locations. One was going locally right here in the city, and the other was going to Texas. Well it has been over 3 weeks and neither piece reached their destination and after speaking to postal management from both destinations, both pieces cannot be found. I have yet to be contacted by the Raleigh Post Office manager but it is my theory and belief that the problem with my mail reaching its destination begins and ends at the Raleigh Post Office mail Dropbox. Think about it, what is the liklihood of both pieces of mail going to different locations got lost in the mail. Also, one of those pieces of mail contained a gift card.. Beware of those drop off boxes cause something in the buttermilk ain't clean.

I'm very upset with how long it takes to receive mail once there is a change of address. I'm still in the same zip code and haven't received any mail as of yet. 14 days to get mail. I went to the post office and asked could I get my mail and I still had to wait. This system is horrible!

Trying to locate a missing package that was returned to the post office on austin peay on january 6,2020

for the last 3weeks I keep getting everyone elses mail except mine and other people are getting my mail not sure if its a new person or what can you please fix the problem
