They are constantly not picking up packages when I have a scheduled package pickup. However an email is sent saying they were picked up even though the packages are still on my front porch where I say they are. With so many postal packages getting stolen now days it is very bad to say they were picked up and you didn’t pick them up. We had to install a camera just to make sure the post office finally got them and not a burglary since we could not trust their word

I have had issues quite a few times now, my address was printed incorrectly on the shipping address and when I came into the office to pick it up because they didn't delivery it, it was sent back same day!!!! Like what?? Today was the most recent incident, hubby came in at 4:30 and they had already shipped it back. They know my name, they know where I live, they don't even give me a chance to go and pick it up. UPS holds packages atleast a week. Its frustrating! You need to atleast give us more time to pick it up.
