I submitted Hold on mail for 30 days. Mail was never stopped. Neighbor checking box daily. Lots of mail. Dropped off Hold several days before it was to commence.

My NASM certification came in a DO NOT BEND envelope…. What did the driver do… bent it and shoved it in the mailbox. Seriously?! This is beyond disrespectful. I use to work for the USPS and would take pride in my job and making sure every piece of mail was taken care of. Shame on you!

Is there an exam to take to work here? Aparently not YOU ARE THE REASON I CANNOT GO TO WORK!!! YOU CANNOT DELIVER MY PACKAGE BECAUSE THERE IS NO ACCESS? Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. BULL! THERE IS A DRIVEWAY ACROSS FROM THE MAILBOX, OPEN YOUR EYES, USE COMMON SENSE, LOOK!!! I FOUND OUT IT WAS A SUPERVISIOR DELIVERING THIS ROUTE. REALLY? SURE YOU HAVE A JOB SO WHAT DO YOU CARE.

I have submitted several change of address forms; both at the Fountain City TN post office that was my previous location. I am now at 401 Abbott Road, Lenoir City, TN and no one is delivering mail here except for one day. I have also visited the Lenoir City Post Office to discuss my move and the mail being transferred. I filled out an on-line request three days ago and paid the fee, stating that I had made the request back in June 2023. Is there a way someone can please make this address change work with USPS? I moved from 2932 Holbrook Drive and I found mail there again yesterday. I can't make the drive to Knoxville all the time to try to get my mail; I am handicapped and under the care of the Department of Labor and CNS Cares visitation for assistance as I had three hip surgeries in January and February 2023. THANK YOU. 865-742-7183

I am getting very frustrated with our mail service - or I should say, lack there of. There have been multiple times where boxes have been delivered, but regular post is NOT, and packages have been left in my mailbox waiting for pick up for up to FOUR days! This is very frustrating, as I am not getting deliveries of small packages and letters, and I run an etsy store, and customers are beginning to complain about long ship times.

The purpose of this review is to make you aware of an incident that occurred this past Sunday May 22, 2022. I was attempting to leave my residence when the gentleman that was driving the USPS truck was sitting at the top of my driveway. This gentleman was at a stop looked like he was on his phone but was looking down, I had come to a stop and wait for him to turn his postal truck around before I could get around him. That was fine I had no issues with that, until when he was backing up while throwing gravel onto my car. I was holding my horn down trying to get him to stop, as he was doing this it was also messing up our driveway as it is gravel. I finally go his attention, come to find out he had his airpod earbuds in so he could not hear my horn but even so, IF he had been paying attention, he would have seen the gravel flying around out from underneath his truck. I brought it to his attention as to what he had done and he could care less, I also told him that he nor any other driver is permitted to turn around passed the mailbox as they have continuously messed up our driveway doing so. There is a turn around point at the top where all vehicles can safely turn around without having to come down our driveway at all. He said, “Fine I will just leave your packages up here then!” and I pointed out that they do that anyway as the box he brought was sitting ON TOP of our mailbox. This guy expressed NO concern or remorse for what he had done when backing up and hitting my car with rocks or just had been paying attention to what he was doing. THE BIGGEST FACT of all is he had earbuds in and stated he could NOT hear me? Well, what about the risk in him not being able to hear me (and I was in front of him)? What if he had come all the way down my driveway and hit one of my Dogs as we have 5 that are always out!! What if there was a small child behind him? Or on the road and an emergency vehicle was trying to get around him? THIS is a HUGE LIABILITY and CONCERN!! He is very lucky it wasn’t more serious than it was! This is something I feel should be taken seriously it is a HUGE SAFTEY ISSUE!! He is also lucky no damage was done other than my driveway being tore up!!!

I had a package that was tracked as out for delivery on Saturday March 12th. It was not delivered Saturday. With the snow we received I figured that's okay and expected they would deliver on Monday. No such luck. Now tracking shows held a Post Office Lenoir City TN 37771. I've not received a notice of attempted delivery if I was not given the tracking number by the sender, I would have never known what happen to this mail piece. My tracking number is: 9405 5082 0549 9296 2730 31. Would you kindly ask that our mail carrier deliver this to our house instead of me having to drive 10 miles one way to retrieve it.

To the postmaster: I am wondering why a package that arrived in Lenoir City at 4:04 PM on July 23, 2021 was not delivered this day (July 24, 2021). Being a previous Postal employee I know that if a package arrives at 4:04 PM on July 23, 2021 it is to be delivered the next day of operation (July 24, 2021) The tracking number of this package is 92748902711370543400807142. Please explain why I did not get this package on time. Thanks

Hopefully this will reach the postmaster. I mailed a bill out (My House Insurance) this past June 3, 2021. My Insurance company is saying they never received it and they cancelled my house insurance. The bank says it has not come through the bank. Is there any way we can use tracking for this check. I had to repay this Insurance premium a second time. Please find it for me. Thank you, Sissie West

Do you know if your mailbox was tampered with? I found out this morning that a lot of mailboxes in my area were tampered with. If there was mail in it, it’s gone kind of thing.

I have tried for over 30 minutes to call and they WILL NOT ANSWER RIDICULOUS . My husband and I are disabled and can't walk up the steps. He has a letter that needs to be signed for. They left a notice saying sorry they missed us but they never came to our door now they won't answer the phone. Just a bunch of CRAP.

Your window staff is amazing. Having light hearted appropriate conversations with customers as we wait and they package our most precious cargo -making certain it is labeled correctly and wrapped with enough tape to forego the trip to our loved ones. Thank you window staff you made my shipping day pleasurable . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

The tracking number says I received my package, no package came! Tried to call and dealt with a damn computer that would joy put me through to a human! I quit using the post office for my business years ago and this is why! You never get to speak to a person! They think a damn computer understands! I hate usps! Still don’t have my (delivered) package!

I live in Executive Meadows and Yesterday I had a key in my box for a package. I opened the box to get my package and it was someone else’s package. I delivered it to the person that it belongs to. He told me he had my packages in one of the package boxes that belonged to me. He said he left them in the box. I don’t know if I got the packages or not. Something needs to done. I know people makes mistakes, but this happens a lot. Also, it’s ridiculous that we have to send a message that may or may not be read, because you won’t answer your phones!!!

FOR A SMALL TOWN POST OFFICE THEY DO A GREAT JOB I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WHEN I GO IN OR WITH GETTING MY MAIL DELIVERED.

Not quite sure the motivations of the previous reviews. I have found the Lenoir City post office to be convenient, friendly, reasonably efficient, and ready to provide such services as they are equipped to provide. This is a small town post office, not a regional service center. For general services I feel they do a fine job.. They have improved their parking. For services they cannot provide, I recently observed the counter person provide a source for the customer to further pursue their inquiry. They are what they are and what they are is pretty good.

Last week my neighbor's ADT bill was placed in my box and I delivered it to her. Yesterday a gentleman down the street delivered my misdelivered Tellico Village POA bill to me. Today I received my Lenoir City Utilities bill telling me my electricity was in danger of being cut off and assessing a penalty. I searched and searched. I never got the bill. Three times in one month of misdelivered mail is too much!

I live on EAST Third Ave. and the performance is just as disappointing. The cat that delivers our mail will sometime deliver it to a similar East Second Ave. address, or to my next door neighbor, or to ?. I usually didn't mind if it was junk mail, but now that I have to get all my prescriptions by mail, it has become a serious problem. I went in person to the post office in L. C. to complain to the Postmaster, but quickly found out he is usually at the Odessa Annex. When trying to call him to set up an appointment, the person answering the phone said I would have to talk to her supervisor first, and refused to give me phone numbers for anyone else. I'm still pursuing an online way to contact the Postmaster in person or online since I am disabled and do not get around very easily. I'll let you know how I make out.

I live in a small town (Lenoir City, TN) where the mail man also servers as the village idiot and cannot read. He either delivers my mail to the same address XYZZ only one block over at XYZZ Third Ave or tryies to deliver it to XYZZ West 2nd Ave. Which does not exist the numbers stop at XYZX West Second Ave. So when he is in that mood he sends it back as undeliverable. This happens weekly and on occasion daily. The lady one block over at XYZZ West 3rd Ave gets our mail and we get her's and life goes on. Perhaps to lessen the scorn in which I hold our postal worker in I will tell you this.. My firewood guy could not locate my house either at first. So he went by the Fire Station. Where they promptly told him our address did not exist either. The house was built in 1952 just in case you were wondering!

That is more than problematic, a fire department that doesn't think that your address exists is a threat to your life!. If I were you, I would take a copy of this letter, and read it aloud at the next city council meeting to get it into the public record. Then if you don't get any action, write a letter to your senator, and congressman. I personally would invite your favorite Knoxville news affiliate to film your appearance at city council!
