My experience at the Humboldt Post Office was wonderful. The two ladies at the front were very helpful while I applied for my passport. They were patient and kind. I would recommend this location for doing business.

I did not go into the store. My experience was horrible. I was on the phone with an employee named Pam at the local Humboldt location. The conversation is pretty lengthy. I gave this score because the employee did not try to help me solve the dilemma. She had horrible customer service, had an attitude and horrible phone etiquette when I was telling her about our mailing problems. This not the first time that we have had issues with this local post office, since our first residents on 708 North 16th St. The call was about my boyfriend mail not coming to the residents and we been living there going on 2 years now. First, she said that our forwarding had expire in the system then she also stated that I had a conversation with a postal worker telling them that nobody by the name of Dance stays at this residents. All false. First, I asked how I was supposed to know that my forwarding expires in the system without calling or getting no mail in order for me to tell my partner that has expired as well? She said that we are going around in circles when I was just trying to see what was going on. I never had a conversation with a postal worker about only Jones living here and not Dance and to only deliver Jones mail to this address. Instead of trying to help it seemed like she was trying to make it my fault
