Tried to submit an undelivered package form, but keep getting the following message. There was a problem submitting your Service Request. Please try again later. finally gave up and called. I clerk actually answered the phone and after about a 5 minute wait informed someone would contact the mail delivery person and have her deliver my missing package. Waiting now.

My tracking # says it’s at Goodlettsville post office since Dec 3 it’s now Dec 17 can’t figure out why it’s setting there for so long

Package shows to be sitting here in Goodlettsville since May 13th; it is now May 27th. USPS is sucking more and more.

Waiting for package for over 2 weeks. Tracking shows it still sitting here. Guess it's not worth calling. If this is a known problem, why does the company use them for shipping.

Have tracking number on item but no more info on shipping. They either can't or won't answer their phone. Have tried for 2 days and all it does is ring busy. Called town officials and they said that they won't them either. Very bad service.

Not happy with this situation. I didn't know that packages of merchandise etc was brought at 5:58AM. I missed the package. I do not have a number to track it. Got a text from a Mark. The link takes me to a survey for the USPS. Then I have to pay shipping for a item to get to the original reason of thr link sent. I want my package. I need to be able to speak to a person like ups does not USPS being a robot.

Not thrilled with the fact that I schedule pickups for my packages and they never come to get them,..... or when i order boxes from their website, I dont receive them. This is ridiculous.
