Our mail carrier is awful! They refuse to deliver anything the first time simply because our yard has a fence. God forbid they have to get out of their car and deliver something! This is twice in one week I've had to schedule for redelivery. DO YOUR JOB.

The USPS needs to work with Amazon.com to ensure Amazon won’t state that any deliveries stated for delivery on Sundays cannot be delivered on Sundays. Amazon customers who expect a 2 day delivery and that 2nd day lands on a Sunday need to be aware that only UPS and FedEx deliver on Sundays. If Amazon’s automatic carrier selection lands on USPS, and the delivery is for a Sunday, USPS needs to inform Amazon that the USPS CANNOT meet a Sunday delivery window, & Amazon needs to auto flag orders assigned for Sunday delivery by USPS & make Amazon override auto-assigned USPS Sunday deliveries and reassign the shipment to another carrier. I am so angry at both Amazon & USPS over this I’m NOT going to order via Amazon again until Amazon and the USPS work this delivery snag out.

Intentionally leaves the phone off the hook. Refuse to do passport photos on Monday even though it is Tuesday because these are "so busy". Don't waste your time here.

April 28th my husband drove from Meridianville, AL to Fayetteville, TN to post his brother's tax papers. He has always done this, since his brother lives in Knoxville, TN and any mail we send goes directly to Birmingham, AL first. My husband paid extra to get it delivered priority mail. As of today his tracking of the card places it in somewhere in Louisiana. It did not even leave a hub in Louisiana until May 1st. Why pay extra for a service if it obviously doesn't work? I have repeatedly asked him to go to the post office to find out what went wrong, but he refuses to, stating they won't do anything about it. I know the post office is competing with other mail delivery services, but now can see why, FedEx and UPS may have cost a bit more, but they would have gotten the package there. I can see a day late, but it still has not arrived and this is the 3rd of May.
