Don’t bother calling, they won’t answer. Used to have amazing deliveries- if it didn’t fit in the mailbox, it went to the front porch. Now, if they don’t leave it ON the mailbox, they prefer to lay it on the hood of my antique muscle car under the car port. Horribe service- just as I’d expect from Dickson.

Our previous mail carrier was really good about leaving packages on our front porch. However, since then those who deliver packages, if they can't place them in the mailbox, they deliver them to the garage door, which is really inconvenient for us. I've even sent delivery instructions as per requested, but to no avail!!!!! PLEASE DELIVER ALL PACKAGES TO THE FRONT PORCH and STOP DRIVING ON THE GRASS!!!!!!!

They never answer the phone u cannot get a answer ever but when u come to.the post office you always see them on their cell phones or on the phone with someone they know I tried to.find out about a package and the place I had to call said my tracking number did not exist would not let me talk to a person all I got was a headache and a recording saying they know I want to.speak to a representative but then gave me options to put my number in I'm very unsatisfied with this post office and so is many others I've never seen a post office do this

I can't help but wonder how people become mail carriers. The standards are obviously real low. My mail carriers are all incompatant boobs.

Dickson post office needs some customer service training. Some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I mean, if I'm sending one of our troops a carepackage and have never done that before, then offer a kind smile and a helping hand!!!
