This is NOT a review, but an enquiry: On 7th April 2017 I mailed a letter to a Mrs. D. Gail Henry, at 1014 Turkey Blind Road, CROSSVILLE/TN 38572, but it was returned to me with a yellow label affixed to it with the words: RETURN TO SENDER VACAN UNABLE TO FORWARD printed on it. There were other markings (presumably by the mailman?) in ink: 5.1.17 (presumably 1st May 2017?) and "WILL NOT" and "NEW?", as well as the undecipherable initials of the mailman. The fact that this lady moved in to this address two or three days before I mailed my letter seems to have escaped the notice of your delivery service. In the end I re-mailed my letter through the e-mail service to her daughter, who lives close by in a neighbouring street. Perhaps you would be kind enough to offer an explanation as to why this happened. Thank you!


I have been living here at same address since august some mail gets delivered other gets returned saying not at this address. what is the problem?? frustrated!!
