I have a PO Box at the Caryville Post Office and have been doing business there daily (sometimes twice a day) for the past 4 months or so. The attendants (John and Susan) are always so kind, professional, and helpful. Not only that, but they knowledgeable concerning every USPS question I have thrown at them, and do excellent work very efficiently. I have also been very impressed at how well they work under pressure. I have been in the Caryville PO several times immediately before closing, along with a rush of other people at the same time, trying to get things done before they close. Standing in the back of the line several times, I have seen customers behave rudely and/or ask many stupid questions. John and Susan have always maintained their composure, responded politely, and did everything they could to assist those customers. I only know John and Susan's by first name. I have no other relations with them other than conducting PO business. I typically only write reviews to warn others about about a business. However, these two people have impressed me so much that I wanted to let the leadership at USPS know that they have two awesome employees working the Caryville PO. I find it a pleasure doing business through them. Thank you.
