Whomever is the head worker at this location. Pablo or Pedro. He’s extremely rude and an arrogant person. He talks down to customers as I’ve witnessed first hand to elderly people . He’s also been a asshole to me as well several times. He’s very sarcastic and an overall douche. I hope whomever reads these tales these seriously . He needs to learn to be more polite !!!!

The service here is so bad it’s sickening. I never got my car title. I get others mail...which leads me to think others are getting my mail. She leaves my pkgs on the edge of my porch so it gets wet when it rains. The fill-in carrier leaves pkgs on a bench by my door. It’s 5 feet away from the edge of the porch. I’m disabled and my daughter gets my mail for me. Yesterday I got a pkg delivered that wasn’t mine. Didn’t recognize it wasn’t mine. I’m not able to take it to the PO. So it’ll be on the bench for the carrier to pick up. I’m not going to bring it back in so it’ll be there until someone picks it up. I’ve reported the carrier several times and it’s still as sorry as it ever was.

I am protesting requiring our neighborhood to remove our mailboxes and have central boxes like an apartment complex. We are homes. I need a mailbox at my home. It's a home like homes downtown and st. Elmo and Redbank. This is not welcome or helpful.

Been a Young living Essential Oil member since march of this year. Every month i place and order to be delivered to my apartment. They were doing just fine until the last 2 months they keep sending my order back to YL. it is very annoying and when i called someone at the customer service, he was very rude and said YL and fedex have fun address wrong all of a sudden. If they have it wrong they how come my previous orders have been delivered. Its upsetting they keep doing this to me. twice a month...

I pulled my mail out of our box yesterday to find a jiggly, melted bag of chocolate in a package that was very clearly marked "Protect From Heat"!! Our previous mail carrier was very observant and used common sense with our mail/packages. She would have brought it to the front door knowing it shouldn't be left in a hot mailbox all day. Seems like our mail service has been going downhill lately.....I had a package in my box not long ago that was so crammed in I almost couldn't get it out. The strength and pushing that it took for him to get the package in the mailbox in the first place could have been better utilized by walking to my front door and putting it where it belongs. I sure hope things improve, and quickly. BENTWOOD Cove subdivision.

Really disappointed in the mail service since Latonya left. I have had other people’s mail and one day never received my mail. Have asked all my neighbors if they got my mail that day (saw what was coming on the website) and so far nothing. Not sure who is delivering - but it’s bad.
