Customer service no longer exist and no one cares David the older man thats at the front counter has past his retirement I put my mail on hold and got a P.O. Box and my address changed 3 weeks ago I haven’t received my mail in over 10 days this was my 3rd attempt to try an get help for this issue as I approached David to let him know what my issues were he looked confused and perplexed I explained to him the issue once more it slowly registered then he went to look for my Mail when he came back I was on my phone looking for the 800 customer service number for USPS he stated either I talk to him or my phn i was shocked by the statement I stated to him what I was doing and he stood and looked at me really strangely for a moment then went on to advise me to complete a form that I had already completed for management I let him know that I just completed the same form 2 days ago then he stated that he would talk to the manager that should have the form he then came back and said per his manager that I have been getting mail all along and she remembers talking to me yesterday I let him know that I wasn’t there yesterday he states well she’s not coming out here to talk to you and she doesn’t want to see you SHOCKED AGAIN I asked again if he would have her come up he yelled at me to go to the far end of the counter and stated I’ll see if she will and walked away and never came back I thought I was on a game show being pranked I had NEVER experienced anything so unprofessional and rude in my life a petition needs to be started to have that location investigated there has to be some accountability for the things that are allowed there Give me my one star back!!!!!!

This post office is RUDE and INCOMPETANT. You can call and by the end of the conversation they are blaming you. They pass the phone to each other with no warning at any given moment. You would think with all the bad reviews that have been posted some changes would have taken place to show someone cares about service given and how disrespective their employees are. Everyone posting could not all be making this stuff up! DO SOMETHING PLEASE! I AM GOING BROKE PAYING LATE FEES ON THE BILLS I NORMALLY GET AND HAVE BEEN MAILED TO ME FOR YEARS, BUT NOT RECIEVING LATELY. YES THEY ALL HAVE MY UNIT NUMBER!!

We continue to have problems getting someone else's mail. This happens mostly on Saturdays. I am not sure if this is a part time worker? But even so, they should surely know their numbers! Our house number is on top of the mailbox. When this happens, it makes me wonder where my mail ended up that day!!

This postal office has lost and misdirected several pieces of mail and packages. My daughter had a phone case that she was supposed to receive today. When it got to this post office, they decided the address did not exist. (????). I cannot believe, especially when the U.S. Postal service is being threatened with the loss of shipments and mail, they would be willing to tolerate so much ineptitude.

What a pleasant and welcome surprise to receive courteous, warm ,and competent service from the post office. Recently I mailed a package to an Antioch, Tn address, but placed the tracking label from another package on the package going to Antioch, Tn. Upon discovering my error, I contacted the post office to make a correction. My initial contact was with a postal employee in Maryland who was very polite, focused and helpful. She contacted the Antioch office for assistance and they were great! The manager who called to assist me was very professional. He was a real problem solver and went out of his way to assist me. He ran all of his system checks to identify the problem and to determine how best to resolve the issue. Needless to say the problem was resolve quickly. I was so pleased with this managers performance I asked him to speak with his manager, The Postmaster, who was not available at that time, I was able to reach the Postmaster the following day. She too was a very professional and a delight person to talk to about my issue. In both instances, it was very apparent to me that this team was focused on customer service and for their commitment to customer service, i am grateful. Kudos to the dedicated postal employees at the Antioch,Tn post office! I only wish that I could get that same level of dedication and professionalism from all of the service organizations that I encounter. Thanks, A Satisfied Customer.

They have the laziest postal worker ever never deliver packages on time. Refuse to take ownership when they have not done their part. I lost numerous package with them and because they are union worker they could care less. They are slow and the lines are always long even in the morning

It is strange that they feel so comfortable with providing such lousy service, even in the face of losing delivery income to companies who can do it better. The other companies hire people who best fit the job and have the basic abilities to perform the tasks. The U.S. Postal Service adds points to the test scores of several people. That explains how people who weren’t able to proficiently complete these entrance exams were suddenly qualified to work there. I think this system of test score compensation plays a large role in the poor service provided. Nobody needs their scores for this job compensated or adjusted. Either someone is smart enough to do the job, or they aren’t.
