I am not permitted to receive mail at my physical address and I live in a residential area. So, I don’t understand why. I have to use their CBU (community based unit) labeled with my physical address which is NOT my physical address. My address is 1block distance from this CBU. I have made formal complaints and contacted their Post Master, who laughed at me over the phone. And stayed that “the rules will never be changed “ “I am wasting my time” I believe that the CBU was put in place because the Pukwana and Chamberlain post offices and their delivery employees were racially motivated to do so. I believe that am being retaliated against because I wanted my mail delivered to my home. The reason I feel I am being retaliated against is because my parcel was delivered a week ago and I have only received 1 of 3 packages. !
