It really would be nice to have people down here at this location who actually want to do their job. I got given the run around on my change of address was told they can't tell me anything. about any mail I have coming, I tried to put a hold on important mail I needed and was told not to because I was reassured it would come where it needed to when it was supposed to. Here I am 2 days later, needing that mail with no answers to when I'll receive it because they don't know how to answer the phone. What a joke. Maybe its time for someone to show them how to do their job.

I just received the rudest customer service I have ever witnessed.. Instead of simply stating they weren't able to comply with my request to pick up the package in store that they had. They gave me attitude if I had a choose I would have everything rerouted top rapid city..I want her reprimanded!!!! This kind customer service should never happen!
