I have been trying to get an explanation from Tracy, apparently the Supervisor at the Wallace, S.C. post office, as to why a Priority Mail Envelope addressed and "supposedly" delivered to Susan Redmond was not received by Ms. Redmond. For two days now Tracy was supposed to call me back with an answer. Never did. I had to call three times to get no explanation. Today, the connection was so bad I had to disconnect; and, when I tried to return the call for the next 20 minutes, I have been getting a line busy signal. It appears to me that Tracy has taken the phone off the hook as she does not want to speak to me. If this problem is not resolved by end of day today, July 24, 2019, I will file a complaint with the U.S. Postal Service
