Post office did not deliver our two-day delivery package, although an alert notification of delivery was sent. We went to the physical post office location. One employee remembers the package coming back to the post office the evening before but did not know what happened to it. A supervisor took our information and pronto call after researching. I asked if she would call us the same day, and she replied “absolutely, whether or not she found it....would definitely DEFINITELY call with an update!” She never did!!

I live in Berwick at Windsor plantation. We have complained just under two years that one of the package boxes is broken, as it will not take a key to open it. Anytime a carrier put any boxes or packages in it, the recipient must wait until the next carrier who knows that it is broken comes and fixes the issue. This is the FOURTH COMPLAINT.

I have been trying to contact surfside and myrtle beach post office to see if they are holding our unemployment checks! We have moved and I can’t just drive up their. Please someone help

The post office will not forward government checks. Checks will be sent back to the unemployment office in Columbia, SC, if not deliverable. You must go into your portal, and update your address, then go into your same dew.sc.gov portal, and request a new check. Best to request direct deposit.

Badly messed up box delivered to me yesterday with my handwritten address on a slip of paper in red. Inside was not my order but some books. My packing slip inside was torn and crumpled and was for pants I ordered from qvc. No pants were inside. What is wrong with your post office to mess this up so badly.

Signs posted that masks required in lobby. Only two of the 11 people had on masks. Only one employee was wearing a mask. When I complained to person at desk, the gentleman told me masks were too uncomfortable. I told him masks were for my protection, not his. One of the unmasked ladies in line was coughing like crazy...and did not follow social distancing at all! If the employees are not keeping lobby safe, why even put up signs???

My mail man left a notice for my package at a different address. I have tracked my package. this is the second time. something must be done. answer the phone. solve the problem. I also get other peoples mail in my box.

when we have substitute mail carrier in Ramey Acres our mail is left in other boxes. Even packages are left at wrong houses. Don't even get mail that I should haven gotten a week ago. What going on with the south end? Does the carrier just don't care or maybe he can't see good. What he doing with the mail, putting it in the trash? or just lazy...….

Hi today one of your mail trucks cut me off in traffic and then sped through a school zone. The truck had no plate but it did have a number on the back on the top left driver side corner rear. 8427309.

The employees who work here don’t care about delivering people’s packages correctly. I have ordered something on three separate occasions and it was said to have been delivered but yet I never got the package. The person who delivers in my neighborhood is clearly in a rush constantly because he puts my expensive packages in other peoples boxes. This post office is absolutely terrible and it’s gotten to the point where I have to send my mail to my husbands fathers house to actually get my mail delivered. Either employees need to be fired or some other changes need to take place. And it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to even find out where my package is.

For the 4th time in the last 3 months, I have missing mail. I have had tracking numbers, to no avail. What good are they? The worst part of missing mail is there is no recourse. No one to contact, call or write. Sad.

I was at home this morning and I saw the post woman who delivered my package,I saw her just tossed my packages on top of my patio couch,what if those packages fell on the floor,they might have been broken coz those are car dash cameras.at an early time of the the day,she looks so tired.i hope she will give more care to our packages coz we spent money for these.UPS delivery people gives more care coz they even hide my packages behind my couch if they knew my door is shut.USPS delivery people should do the same.

Is there any chance to get a more consistent mail delivery? Sometimes it'll arrive before noon, and most of the time it will arrive any time during the afternoon, sometimes near 4:00PM. The drop off is in a pigeon hole complex at curb side. I'm 84 years old and I don't like making multiple walks to check on my mail. My son and I went to this location to renew his passport. According to the travel.state.gov website because his passport was issued prior to his 16th birthday he needed to sign it in front of an authorized agent. We arrived, not having an appt, but they said they could assist. I gave the agent a completed application which she seemed confused by. She went thru the paperwork discarding paging she said were not needed. My own application was also in the packet (mine was blue, my son's was brown). She asked for the $110 fee which I questioned because the website indicated it would be $135 because it was a new passport. She said they might ask for the additional $25 when the application was received. After stapling his picture to the form she realized it was mine, not his. By this time all of the pages of his application were shredded by her. She then said that there were applications in the lobby, we could fill it out and mail it in. I re-checked the website to verify that he must sign the application in front of an authorized agent. I said I was frustrated because he was home from school on vacation and we had now lost time. She said she was new to this position and offered no further assistance. This was a complete waste of my time and has caused more complications in trying to re-new his passport. People should not be given this responsibility without proper training.
