The worst customer service in the state of South Carolina. The customer service is the most rude and hateful group of people I have ever met. Oh yes have to agree with one of the other reviews racist absolutely, if your white forget any help at all. Try calling, never answer the telephone and if so rude, rude rude.....and it goes all the way to the top in Columbia, another racist jerk. Will drive to Charleston to avoid this zoo.
It's nearly impossible to get through to these folks on the phone, and if you do they are terribly rude. The worst of the clerical workers! Rude, condescending, and not the least bit helpful. Last straw USPS - going paperless on everything, and you deserve it.
Not racist, just don;t know the guys name. However, the tall, skinny black male, is a lazy piece of shit! I have seen this guy, unknown name, literally throw mail onto the windshield of someones car because he was too lazy to get out of his truck. I have also "SEEN" him throw a package at a neighbors front doorstep from the roadway (approximately 30-40 feet away) because he is lazy! He always has a bad attitude, and I have confirmation emails showing a package was supposed to be delivered on a certain date, but was not because he refused to get out of his truck. He just left it until the next person worked that route, and it is annoying. He is lazy, and needs to be FIRED! He works in Mount Pleasant, Texas.
The USPS carrier left a package by our -- wait for it -- garage door instead of taking the initiative to do the right thing and bring it to the front door. Can't you find any people who take pride in doing their work well??
Had a Sunday delivery to my work, was notified that I was closed and a missed delivery slip was posted. I'm here at my bldg until 4pm not closed, no slip was posted. The package was needed for work today and now I'm delayed due to lazy incompetence. It was even small enough to go in the mail box.
The jerk answering the phone at the Mount Pleasant Post Office: 1050 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 needs to be fired!!!!!! He was extremely rude and unprofessional. His (not so) smart remarks to my concerns were uncalled for. Just the way he spoke to me made me realize the calls into the office are not being recorded.
If he is the manager of that particular branch, everyone needs to pray for the poor employees that have to work for that arrogant jackass!
