Thanks to Postmaster Evelyn at the McCormick Post Office. She promptly and professionally assisted me and my Auntie by locating her undeliverable package.

I have a rental business in McCormick; my tenants mail their checks to me. The money orders have an early date, they were mailed to me on time. I don't receive some of them for 15 to 18 days. This has happened 5 times in the last 9 months. The postal clerk says it is due to short staffing. This needs attention; I will call the postal inspector to look into this matter.

On May 14th our local Post Office (201 N Pine St McCormick County, SC) asked that citizens donate a bag of food for Stamp Out Hunger program. We made sure to buy the correct items and had the bag sitting next to our mailbox. Our Carrier did not pick up the bag of food. Thank goodness we were home and was able to bring the bag of food in so that animal insects did not get in the bag. Just would like to know when they asked citizens for help and we try to do for our community that they do not even bother to pick up the food. On Monday May 16th we will be taking the food to the McCormick post office but was under the impression that it would be picked up by our Carrier. Thank You, William Bohman

Absolutely terrible service. Carrier delivers packages to wrong location frequently. The office takes the phone off the hook to prevent calls in the evening.
