The clerks are always so helpful, especially Robin. She went out of her way to call me herself and let me know that my locked had been changed and I could pick my keys up at any time. I could not get to the post office that week so she got my carrier to bring me my keys. There needs to be more clerks like her.

Please tell mail carriers not to give dogs treats. They didn’t even ask if they could do so.

The lady white lady with blonde hair at this office today was extremely rude and racial towards my husband. It is absolutely disgusting that someone would working at the post office would be so nasty to someone and so unprofessional. Makes me sick that you allow people like that to work in your office.

This is getting out of control! Our mail is not getting delivered we have missing Mai each week or our neighbors are getting it in there bank statements birthday cards ect ect. Just a week and a half ago I puta birthday card in the drop at the post office addressed to my on house to test if it's missing because my grandmother has had hers missing for 4 weeks now and the one I put in the drop box has still yet to come.Someone is taking birthday cards. Our mail lady gets out of her mail truck and sits on our neighbors porch for 30 minutes and not the only customers she does this with every time she has our route. I don't know if she is trying to make up time and rushing and making mistakes it happens at least once a week our neighbors drive up and give us our mail and that's if they even do. I'm sure they are tired of it we are tired of Bringing our neighbors mail to them too. This has too stop. We live at 1741 JOHN DODD RD 29385. PLEASE HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED!! THANK YOU JOSEPH HARMON

trying to call Lyman sc post office for 30 minutes straight to find out why my mail is so delayed I got an electric bill 2 weeks past the due date. These people do not answer their phones what would I really expect from a government employee.

Tracking number -9400109206094930100252 was delivered to Lyman Po in Lyman SC. The last package that was misdelivered to Lyman and was NEVER RETURNED for correct delivery. Do Lyman carriers EVER notice addresses? It is a priority WITH A NUMBER THAT HAS TO BE SCANNED. I WANT MY MAIL!!

I live in the area and I receive a certain peice of mail, weekly. Informed delivery is rarely ever wrong. I always get what is said to be delivered that day. At least three times now, I haven’t received that said one peice of mail when I was informed that I would. I called the Usps call center and the rep told me that it could still take a few days for me to receive that mailEVEN if it’s scanned in on informed delivery to be delivered on a certain date? What? What’s the point of informed delivery then? Still haven’t received the mail in question and I’m on day 3. I’m receiving everything else they say I should be getting. Odd. The guy who delivers our mail has either misplaced it or something else has happened to it. Either way, I need to know if it was on that truck so I can figure out how I need to proceed. They were of no help.

My mail carrier has NOT picked up my mail about three times in the last 3-4 months. The letters are put in the box early 7-8 AM, big RED flag is put up, but the carrier goes on without picking it up. One time I seen her go by and flagged her down. She said she didn't see the flag (Ya right). This gets frustrating when you are trying to pay your bills on time and don't if the mail is going to be picked up.

So anger right now -- over the last week, I have missed placed my keys, car and po box -- my husband is home sick today -- my company changed ins companies this year ---- I left work to drive 15 min to PO in Lyman -- I explained I had missed placed my keys last week and still looking for them -- they refused to give me my mail -- mind you, they were doing nothing at the time, the supervisor told the clerk I would have to pay $9 (which I did not have) to get new key -- I don't need a new key yet until I search my house for my keys -- I needed my ins cards in my PO box.... thanks for the exceptional customer service --- wasted 30 minutes and not cards.... I will find my keys and I will be cancelling my PO Box...
