I have been trying to locate a package that was reported by your office as "misdelivered" on August 7th. Customer service has not been helpful. I am so disappointed in this post office as it is not right to admit you caused the issue but then do nothing to remedy the situation.

Another reason to go completely paperless or use a different courier. Mail not delivered... again.😶

My Saturday packages are picked up and never clicked in as received until next destination. Only Saturday. I have been taking my packages in to post office. This Saturday put one 9400109206094683472446 and it is going on day two and not clicked in. Big problem.

Today, May 9th- I had mail to go out what stamps and my flag up and the mail person never dropped off any mail nor did they pick my mail up and put the flag down. They drove past my mail box and went to one neighbors put mail in and then went to the rest of the neighborhood. They were in a silverish/ goldish mini van that was not marked well. I would like to know why he skipped half our neighbors including myself and put mail in the one neighbors box only out of about 8 of us on the street. It was really odd and I would like to know why this happened. Our normal guy drives the white us mail truck and does such a good job and this random sketchy guy just poked around and didn’t even respond to me waiving to see why they casually missed my box that has letters to go out.

Complaint- I had a piece of mail in my box today with the flag up and the postal person did not stop to pick it up. Saw the truck leave the neighborhood and my mail was still in the box.

Too often, our mail is delivered to a wrong address when Amazon packages are handled on Sundays or when a fill in delivery person is on our route. It's not entirely their fault. Minehead Rd and Minehead Ct. are intersected by Cablehead. Minehead Rd. travels West from Cablehead. Minehead Ct. travels East from Cablehead. I'm weary of having to go to the other 118 house number to recover my mail. Can someone give the route person a heads up on this? This can be fixed with improved route preparation for fill in employees.

Very disappointed about the carrier deciding whether mail addressed to a home that was just purchased should be delivered or not because they don't see any activity and ASSume the house is vacant. How is that YOUR decision to make? You're in this tiny neighborhood less than an hour to deliver mail! How do you KNOW about the activity going on here? I had the packages addressed to the new house I'm moving into so that there's 3 less packages to move from the old address! Not that it's your business to ASSume that, either! Just do your job and deliver the packages as addressed, PLEASE! There is junk mail in the mailbox, but packages couldn't be delivered? Did it require more effort you couldn't bring yourself to exert?
Then, there is absolutely no help with resolving where or why these packages that were "forwarded" or labeled as "dead mail:disposed of by post office" could be. The Post master (MIKE) informed me to contact the sender to resolve then just hung up on me after I thanked him for his time. Aside from what the carrier told him, he did not help me find out anything further than what I had already tracked myself online. It was a waste of my time as they are all obviously unproductive and incompetent at doing their job to any satisfactory level. I knew the customer service was going to be terrible based on reviews I read...that's why I was so nice only to be treated like..well...I'll leave it at terrible. Very disappointing!

Incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction by the postmaster carrier are the order of the day for this branch. My carrier lies about deliveries or notices left. Have actually gotten rolled eyes as a response to my concerns from the postmaster. Too bad they're union, they need to be relieved and hire someone who will actually do the job and not just collect a paycheck.
