We were away for a few days and I did not put a hold on my mail. Our carrier noticed the mailbox was getting full and emptied the box. She delivered all the accumulated mail upon our return. I cannot say how much I appreciated her concern for the safety of our mail. That was true customer service. I do not know her name but she delivers in Hilton Head Plantation on Oyster Bay Place. Please give her a Gold Star...she deserves it!

Two packages have been at facility 7 days, already late and past the due date. There always seems to be a problem and it’s time to stop using covid as a crutch.

Rude. Carrier took the mail out of the mailbox because it was full. My son retrieved it per the note left in the box and the carrier admonished him and apparently did not give all of it to him. I am handicapped and can't get to the box always but my medical supplies come via mail. When I did not get a package I tracked it to the post office. It said hold per customer which I never gave such instructions. I called them about this and he said it will be delivered sometime and hung up. No apologies? I can get a Sunday delivery via them. But a regular daily delivery...? Guess carriers can put any remark on your mail delivery with out you knowing it and hold it with out any notices being put in your box! Scary

Recently, I've been receiving other people's mail. I take the mail to that person. When Susan, our regular mail carrier is on the job, this doesn't happen. I'm very concerned about my own mail. If it is delivered elsewhere, will I see it? Who knows. Our new carrier is sloppy at best.
