I have been trying to reach the Chesnee South Carolina post office for almost 2 weeks, placing a call all the phone does ring. I’ve been having difficulties receiving my mail. My online mail information tells me I am receiving mail that day, but I don’t receive it until sometimes two days later, I’m trying to find out what’s causing this issue

1 star. Should be 0 stars. Mail never gets here before 5 and then medication is left overnight and mail in box with flag up is left and not picked up. I called postmaster and got a supervisor and was told it will be delivered when it gets there. Piss poor service. Supervisor doesn’t care and can do nothing about how long it takes. Nothing but excuses. Rates go up and service gets worse. Typical government agencies. Our tax dollars hard at work

This post office has the most rudest and unconsidered employees working here they are need to take customer service classes.
