So, what is the deal with these folks not answering the phone? Do they cognitively know how to answer a phone? Its not a new concept. Its been around since Alexander Graham Bell. Look him up in Wikipedia. I have missing medications so you can understand my frustration. Maybe the Olneyville Post Office should hire people with opposable thumbs.

I called this post office because I got a post card from Red Plum and on it they stated that you should be receiving the post card with the Red Plum flyer and if not you should contact your post master immediately! Well no flyer came in the mail so I called. I was told the post master was not in but that I could speak with a supervior if I wanted to. I said ok and they put Mike on the phone. I explained to him that I received the postcard with no flyer ad his answer was "Yeah they sent them to us a day early, but you'll get your flyer tomorrow." I proceeded to ask him why I used to receive the Red Plum flyer on Tuesday or Wednesday but now I don't receive it until Thursday or sometimes Friday along with the Stop & Shop flyers. His answer was that due to consumer preference they sent the Sleepy's flyer out on Tuesday/Wednesday and now Redplum and Stop & Shop were going out on Thrusday/Friday. I was never asked when I wanted to receive my flyers so I don't know which consumer preference they are going by! To top it all off I have lived at my address for 14 years and for the past 6 months we have had days when we didn't get mail (Wednesday), which has never happened before in all those years and also in the past 6 months there have been days when we don't even get the flyers for the week. No Red Plum, no Stop & Shop, no Shaws, etc. I know when there is a holiday the coupons in the Red Plum don't come but the other flyers do so there is no valid reason why we shouldn't be getting them!
