Called to inquire about a package I never received that stated it was delivered. Got out on hold, then hung up on, and nobody would pick up when I called back.

I don’t understand how difficult it is to deliver mail??? The names are on the box yet I get every one else’s mail BUT MINE! Super annoying and I can’t leave a message on the managers voicemail because it’s FULL! I wonder why?? Probably because you stay messing up the mail! Been waiting 3 weeks for mail that still hasn’t come from CT! That’s less than 3-4 days any other address I lived at. Only on this side of town does my mail just vanish or never makes it

Please ask the postal carriers on Edgewood Avenue to wear a towel on their arm under the mail. It seems that I am the last delivery on their route and all my mail is covered soaking wet with their sweat, I find this disgusting and unprofessional. Thank you.
