Having only 2 windows in this post office slows things down enough. Having both of them open and assisting with Passports on both is ridiculous! There should be 1 window available to help others with everyday transactions. It is totally inconsiderate to have a lobby full of people waiting endless amounts of time while staff is helping those customers fill out their paperwork and write out their checks. Step aside get your papers in order and in the meantime help someone else!!

If a mail man sees a mail key "on the ground" on the side of the 12 unit mail box, what should he do with it? They should have some kind of training for when they find a key. Put it in the shared package spot, or in the condo lobby, or in his mailtruck. Unprofessional or just no common sense.. either way they need to have some kind of protocol instead of just "leaving it on the box." Greenville RI . .and l even talked to the "post master," but it's his driver so why would he not defend him.
