Kevin is a rotton bum. He should be arrested for the way he treated this poor disabled veteran. Kevin and the manager who runs the place were laughing at him because he had a stutter. Unbelievable. They should all be fired in the 2055 cumberland post office. Kevin acted like he was better than everyone in the place. Horrible place. Customer service 0 out of 10.

Not the greatest. Very rarely answer the phone. Can't tell exact information on packages even when they are in the bldg. Wish they would take things a bit more seriously. The mail driver that delivers is ABSOLUTELY awful. Driving wise and ppl wise. Don't feel secure about them handling my packages

Lazy personal leave packages sitting in bins waiting on a package over a month told it is probably at bottom of bin. Well strech your arm and pick it up you all get paid. Imagine paying these fools a wage

Other than the fact that I frequently have to deliver my neighbors' mail from my box and my mail often never arrives, I now find that today the P.O. is refusing to answer its phone. After about 20 rings it is picked up and then replaced. Three times in a row ! ! ! Close it down and turn the business over to USP or Fed Ex!

My normal mail carrier was not working yesterday Friday August 27th 2017. A different carrier was covering his shift I assume, either way there was a delivery truck blocking my mailbox and the mail carrier drove off, not only that but the delivery truck was gone before the mail carrier turned around to go back down my street which he has to do. So my package says it was out for delivery yesterday now says that the mailbox was blocked and that's why it wasn't delivered had he got out of his truck and walked 2 steps to the mailbox he would have been able to leave the mail without any problem. Today's a new day I seen the mail carrier on my street around 10:30 this morning yet I still have no mail. Trying to call the post office is another joke this is absolutely unacceptable, obviously we cannot control where people Park their vehicles on a main road

I do not understand why the mail carriers here do not follow in the footsteps of the mail carriers in all Providence neighborhoods: get out of their cars and walk up to mail boxes and homes. No mail box lacks a path in the snow, just not one wide enough, apparently, for their cars. What has happened to common sense? You would have a lot more customer allegiance this way.

My mail-woman loves to throw every single one of my family's packages into the ditch off the road near our house. About 90% of these package are stolen because of her neglect and my family and I are quite tired of constantly losing hundreds of dollars to theft. She also always leaves the mailbox open so the wind can take our mail, and today she went so far as to snap and crack one of the hinges of our mailbox so she couldn't even close it if she chose to now.

Mail-woman stopped delivering mail to my 90 year old handicapped veteran neighbor because his mailbox wasn't accessible for over 3 days. I shovel him out each storm and was away on business for a period of 4 days and shoveled him out upon my return home. For the next week they continued to skip his mailbox until I drove him to the post office to pick up his mail. Woman behind the counter was extremely rude and stated his handicap isn't there problem and he'll have to figure it out. Apparently when you work for the government they don't teach customer service. Seniors shouldn't be treated this way.

This location has not had an American flag on its pole for well over two months. As a Cumberland resident I find it insulting and disrespectful to the military families living in oppour community .
NO one that I spoke to has an answer AS to why it's not flying,it is after all requirement for each office to raise the American flag daily. Someone needs to assume the responsibility and get that flAg back up the pole.
