like to know when the postal carrier makes the decision to stop delivering mail to an address, with a mail box. because the carrier just assumes * its a CampGround** i have a valid address 430 lake washington dr, the carrier said its a CampGround - ??? it may not be my permit address, but it is a VALID address, mail i sent to this address for my grandchild was Returned* She is deciding places to deliver mail? The carrier is STOPPING my mail, i did receive flyers, add's, and even a card from my daughter. This carrier stated to the post office and stop delivering mail to a VALID address.

Apparently being able to read is not a requirement in Chepachet, 6 people were delivered the wrong mail at Pine Meadows today , this is an on going problem here
