This post office never answers. The phone rings and rings and rings. Obviously nothing is being done to rectify the problem since so many reviews say the same thing.😡😡

Every time I called no one answers the phone either the phone rings and hangs up or it’s a Busy Signal. How are people supposed to get in contact with this post office. My grandmother closed her PO Box she no longer lives in Puerto Rico she did a address change she has yet to receive mail at her new address where she lives in Connecticut I need answers.
En el correo de Lajas no contestan el teléfono. Hace varios días intentó comunicar para orientación sobre mi solicitud de pasaporte y pasaporte vencido que aparentemente se extravió en el tránsito. Recibí el cheque devuelto y inutilizado de National Pasaporte Services diciendo que no tienen aplicaciones yo hace más de un mes envié todo en un sobre. Quisiera saber si existe un protocolo para devolver documentos que se encuentren. En este caso todo tiene mi nombre y dirección. Por favor me pueden ayudar. Gracias!

Third time punch it in like it was fraud... by the time they answer the theif took all the mail, mailbox and killed the owner!!!

Your posting at USPS tracking says that "Marina Vistas de la Parguera", Lajas, PR 00667 is an incorrect address and is being returned to sender. It is now February 9 at 0730 AM on Saturday. Se envio este paquete USPS tracking #9500114657229023092982 desde el dia 1/23/19 , y no se a recivido al PO box 52 Lajas , PR. Favor verificar el "status".
Me parece incredible que ya va para dos semana y que mis paquetes no an llegado todavia a Lajas PR. A lo cual para mi que los apartados son mas rapidos en recivir correspondensia y no es asi. Se los estan robando o no les importa. Y si es asi el caso. Pide su renucia pues no sirves un tres pepino.
