Went in to mail 3 packages during OPEN hours. Postmaster immediately was rude and curt with me and said “we are closing” I said do you normally close now? (He has a 1.5 hour posted lunch at 1:00! He said “no but we got a late truck.” I said well can you weigh this for me and tell me how much it costs and would it be better to mail in a bag instead?” He said I don’t know. Offered me NO solutions to buy a bag, compare a small box vs a bag etc. I said “should I go to the Morrisville post office instead? He said it’s up to you. But hhis tone, demeanor and attitude towards me left me taken aback. The other people that came in he was as polite as can be but because I came in with 3 packages to mail. He made me feel rushed and unwelcomed. How can you shut down a post office with notice during a holiday time when you have a posted long lunch 1 hour later? I went out of my way to go here and now I have to make a trip to yet another post office. Come on USPS you can do better!

Worst post office I have ever encountered in my life! No one answers the phone, mail gets lost. Federal government needs to investigate this place. This community deserves better than this. I had bills mailed on time but they were always late when I got them back. I once sent a birthday card to a family member in another state and it took more than a month to get there! RIDICULOUS! It’s not the mail carrier’s fault since I put the mail in the post office. I now go to Newtown to do all postal business. This needs to be fixed NOW!!

On behalf of my cousin Janet Scioli, many thanks to Assistant Poster Master Tom of the Yardley Post Office for all his help in locating the lost package she sent me in December and was received by me. Good job, Tom and thanks

I was directed to the Yardley Post Office for an urgent change of address correction. Was given a direct number from the Broomall post office and no one answers at Yardley. How can a post office division function if no one answers the phone. I tried the 800 number and was on hold for over an hour. Beyond frustrating and aggravating.

The worker here basically turned me away when I tried to send multiple packages today. He kept making nasty remarks to me about how I was holding up the post office. He repeatedly said things like "This is a one person office, no one else will be able to mail anything today if I have to deal with all these! I hope no one behind you has any appointments today... Your going to make everyone else late... They're not going to appreciate you... etc. "After only sending a couple items, I just took my others and left because his attitude and remarks were so embarrassing.I would avoid this office at all costs in the future.
