I had a carrier who did not deliver the package that I had paid more for shipping and tracking. When I went to the Post office to find out what happened to it all I was told is it was delivered to a parcel (locked) and the tracking stopped and they wouldn't even know where to start looking for it. I had to make this order again. It is being shipped now. How can I trust it will be delivered to me this time.

Jan 8 = Carrier left all mail on the floor and not in the mailboxes. This is a senior living community, and the residents were distressed that their mail was on the floor as well as having to sifter through of the mail to determine what was theirs. Please advise carriers that this is not acceptable.

I would like to receive the sale papers every week rather than occasionally. I have tried to reach the PO by local phone number as well as the 800 number for hours to no avail. In the past, I had delivery problems, called, spoke to Postmaster Vince. He was great, problem solved. What happened?

This post office SUCKS!!!! If you can send your mail through other means or pay your bills online!! My mail is consistently left on my steps instead of in the mailbox. Right in the sight of people walking by my house and stealing it. They do nothing about it. We need to get rid of the PO!
