Who runs this location? I grew up in Springfield, and let me tell you even as a child I questioned how these people had a job! Not only did they leave everyone's mailbox wide open on a daily basis, they lay on their horn in your drive way for you to come out and pick up your package. When your not lucky enough to get the horn, its up to you to randomly drive to the post office to argue with them that your package has not been delivered. For my wedding I had to go there multiple times saying my tracking number says my item is here, after them trying to make me sound like a fool they'd go in the back and say oh yeah here it is. Thanks for making me pay for over night shipping, and you just let it sit in the office. And now I had Christmas gifts sent back home, and they were marked as delivered. My parents got zero notice, and my mom contacts me saying nothing has arrived. I check online to see my tracking says it was placed in a PO Box, DAYS AGO. My parents do not have a PO Box, and if you're too lazy to deliver it, why on earth did they not get a notice they have to drive to the location to pick it up. Did I not just pay money for it to be SHIPPED!? You guys need a real overhaul, I do not deal with that where I live now. At least their service is consistent over the years right?

I was going to move to Springfield but now I'm not going to because I have an online business where I ship and rec'v A LOT of packages that deal directly with the USPS. Not now, I'm not going there... not after reading this review. PEOPLE, listen up, the USPS is a government job. These lazy postal workers are fractionally paid by the tax payers in your community... THEY work for YOU! A fraction of their paycheck comes from your tax deducted paycheck. They need to be reminded of that. Period!
